Nessy’s & Norman’s Coffee Shop

This is an amazing coffee shop, only been open a week, set back from the main road with plenty of parking in front of the place ( it’s costs to park after 08:00 free to Hillingdon card holders for first 30 minutes) There is a lovely open feel to the place with a huge front window which was open when we visited. There is an amazing back story to this cafe which you will need to visit and find out more. The food is prepared on the day with the usual coffee options.

I had a great experience at this café. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to sit down and enjoy a coffee or a meal. The interior was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged, which created a very pleasant environment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure everything was served quickly and were happy to help with any questions. The food and drinks were fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. You can really tell that quality and attention to detail matter here. Overall, everything was excellent and I truly enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice café with great service and delicious food. I’ll gladly come back again.

I’ve been going to this place for a while since it’s been open and my favourite thing is the new and beautiful message to look forward to each time I grab an iced coffee. So much thought has been put into the decor of this place, it’s truly the loveliest, chicest spot, a great community hub and lasting tribute So lucky this is my local spot - to the owners, please keep those daily beautiful messages coming!

This coffee shop holds a very special place in my heart—it’s not just about the coffee (though that is amazing), but also about the meaning behind it. Opened in honour of my late sister and, of course, the brilliant John, this place is a beautiful tribute to their spirit and warmth. From the moment you walk in, there’s a lovely, comforting feeling that’s hard to put into words. The coffee is truly some of the best I’ve had—rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. The sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and really good value too. It’s quickly become my regular spot, not just for the food and drinks, but for the connection it carries. A heartfelt space built with love—and you can feel it in every detail.

I recently visited this café with my husband, and from the moment I stepped inside, I was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere exuded a sleek, modern vibe, and everything was absolutely spotless. The interior was thoughtfully and aesthetically decorated, creating a warm yet contemporary ambience that immediately lifted my spirits. Their coffee selection was trult exceptional (Something for every palate). It felt as though they had everything one could possibly want on the menu. The space was bright and inviting, and I felt an instant sense of freshness and calm as soon as I walked through the door. We ordered the luxury white chocolate latte, the pumpkin spice latte, a New York-style croissant, and a cheese and tomato toastie. Every item was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.The coffee, in particular, was superb. What really stood out, however, was the overall vibe of the café. It had an effortlessly cool energy, made all the more enjoyable by the staff, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. A perfect spot for coffee lovers and anyone who appreciates a well-curated café setting.

Amazing coffee shop , i have tried cheese tostie, pancakes, chocolate muffin and caramel Frape , everything was so good but my favourite is Cramel Frappe. Love the atmosphere and staff is very friendly too.

Finally, West Drayton has a proper independent café and it's exactly what the area's been missing. Nessy & Norman's is the first of its kind for miles around, and you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. Beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable seating and a modern vibe. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take coffee seriously. The coffee is the headliner: balanced espresso (no burnt bitterness), milk textured properly for flat whites, and a decaf that isn't an afterthought. If you're fussy about extraction and temperature, they're clearly paying attention behind the bar. Beyond that, they offer more than just coffee - specialty matchas, teas and smoothies. Service is the standout, staff are warm, attentive, and treat regulars and first-timers exactly the same: like neighbours. They will always go the extra mile, and even leave sweet messages on the takeaway cups! Food game is strong, fresh sandwiches (not factory wrapped) and pastries that go beyond the obvious, with some interesting selections each week, vegan and gluten-free options included as standard rather than treated as an afterthought. It feels inclusive, thoughtful, and all really tasty. What makes the place stand out though is the community spirit. They host events with live music, DJs, talks, and gatherings that give the café a proper "local hub" feel. The staff bring that same energy day to day, always warm, always personal, going out of their way to make people feel welcome. It's also a great spot if you're working from home and need a change of scene. There's enough buzz to feel part of the world, but it's calm enough to focus with a laptop and a good coffee. Oh, and don't forget it's dog friendly! This is a wonderful project with a heartfelt story behind it, and a must visit for any local. Cannot recommend it enough.
